Sweden by the numbers



In our effort to show just how affordable travel can really be, we've kept a detailed spreadsheet of all our expenses.  We spent 10 days in Sweden, but only spent a total of $415.32 while there!  During our visit to Sweden, one Swedish Kronor (SEK) was equal to $0.15 USD.  All amounts listed have been converted to USD.  Keep reading for a breakdown of our expenses:

We rode in 5 cars, 1 motorbike, 3 buses, 3 boats, and 8 trains to travel a total of 405.64 miles while in Sweden.

This means in Sweden we spent an average of $37.75 per day.  Or 18.87 per person per day.
